Default New 2003 a4 - Fixing A/C - Ideas?

So, I have been looking to purchase a new A4 to add to my fleet! I found a 2003 a4 with a 5-speed MT, APR tuned, body was near immaculate, interior super clean, 101k miles, had all the documentation for the work performed on timing belt, APR tune, clutch etc. However, the only downside to the car was the A/C system does not work. I quickly found the culprit - a dime sized hole in the bottom the of the A/C compressor! Looks like perhaps a rock came up and smacked it as the plastic belly pan is missing.

I have on order thus far: A/C compressor, orifice tube, drier/accumulator, PAG 46 oil, full gasket/o-ring set. I plan on replacing as many o-rings/gaskets I can while I'm working on it. I also plan on ordering a vacuum pump/gauge set. A/C systems in not something I have an over abundance of experience with but it's something I'd like to really get to know how to do.

At this point I'm sure the A/C system is dry as there is a huge hole in the compressor. How long the system has been exposed to atmospheric pressure I'm unsure of. Is the condenser something I should be looking at replacing as well? Any other tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advanced as always guys!
