Is the engine running OK otherwise?
If this turned up at my place without knowing the history, I would be installing a new valve cover gasket. There is no coolant in this area so assuming its just oil. I would replace the gasket again (relatively cheap item), paying particular attention to both surfaces are very clean, valve cover is not warped, torque down the cover evenly, check for distortion of the cover etc
I am not a big one for using gasket adhesive but in this case, since the gasket was only done a month ago, if you don't see any reason for the failure I would consider a purpose adhesive.
Just my opinion.

Could just be residual oil from before you changed the gasket. Clean it out and then reinstall the plug. Check it again in another 3-5K miles. If its back you may have installed the gasket incorrectly. If not. I wouldn't worry about it.
