Default 18" wheel suggestions

I need help with 18" wheel reccomendations for my soon to be sport suspension. Prob gonna run ContiSport Contact 2 tires and would like to keep the whole wheel/tire package at about $1500. Can't go bigger than 18" b/c New Jersey roads suck. Post pics if you have them too. Also, if anyone has BBS CH's in 18" that they don't want anymore let me know. Thanks for the input.

Default CH's All the Way!

I agree that CH's rock. I put them on this Spring with the Goodyear F1's and couldn't be happier. CH's are 18 x 8.5, which fill up the wheel wells better than the S4 versions. Get lots of favorable comments on my wheels. Even the service writers were complimenting them when I brought in my car for service. Kinda funny when they had the S4 models on the showroom. Don't know if its the "Motorsport" lettering on the CH's or the extra width that makes them look better than the OEM version. They certainly look better than most 18's on the A4.
I doubt you'll find a package for $1500 or less unless you go used. I paid $300 each on special from Treadepot for the wheels and $170 each for the Goodyears.

Default Ha, I got in on the $299 deal in January as well :-)

The problem with the CH wannabe wheels found on the S4 models is that they are 18x8 and ET45 (or ET43, can't remember) offset. The real CH is 18x8.5 and ET35.

:-P

Default :-)

But I really do love the look of the RS4 DTMs. They look every bit as good as the CHs.

Default thanks! ... a little OT.... how do you like the vogtland coilovers?

I was recently looking into coilovers, and they seemed very reasonably priced
