Default TCM Part number question

After months of reading it's time for my first post. I'm having TCM issues and I'm about to rip it out and either send it in to be repaired (researching the companies) or if I can find an inexpensive other one. I know that the part numbers need to match if I replace it or the car will have a spaz attack. I called my local Audi dealer and after 20 minutes of trying convince me to come in and spend $2500 to let them replace it they told me my part number is 01j927156fe. After googling to find one I've determined that it is either the unicorn of TCM because there are no used ones to be found, or there is an alternate number that I can't seem to figure out. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks
Anna

It's a VIN specific part. So likely finding one with all the proper coding that matches your vehicle would be like searching for a needle in a hay stack. Unfortunately your only options would be to replace it through a dealership or have it repaired.
