Default Water leak

Hey everyone, I keep having an issue with water leaking into the cabin, on the drivers side floor.
Ive had the PCM box replaced a few years ago which caused a big leak and fried my headlight module. I didnt really have any problems since replacing it but recently its started leaking again.
Ive ran water through the sun roof drain several times to try and recreate the leak and ive had no luck, i did some investigating and found that the hood latch cable grommet was halfway out of its slot and i fixed that hoping to fix the issue, today it rained really hard and it leaked again. Ive also tried draining water by the PCM box under the hood and have had no luck recreating the problem there either, I have also cleaned out both drains under the battery tray. I was talking to my brother and hes thinking the grommet that leads water from my sunroof drain to the door jam may be leaking.
Ive noticed the water is running down the drivers kick panel, as well as water dripping from my lower dash cover, and my IP fuse block is coated in water as well

Heres a picture of the water dripping from the lower dash cover, figured i should include a picture of that at least

This link describes how to clear the sunroof drains but suspect you already done that. Read somwhere that if bottom drains are already opened and clean and you are still having leak problems, then it's most likely the top drain connector between the tubes and the drainhole in the sunroof frame. Unfortunately you have to remove the headliner front and back to get to that area.

Edit: Found another link that has a better description of the sunroof drains. it's for the A6 but I don't think there's a huge difference A6 to A4
