Default WHAT IS THIS?

After changing oil, I have found this broken. I was trying to see wheres is attached to fix it, but after looking for, I don't know where is plugged normally. The photo was taken on the driver side -you can see the coolant bowl-. Of course, I think thats clearly the solution for my check engine light.

Where does it appear to run normally? Below the reservoir? At the firewall?

Also, a link to a discussion of the vacuum system and a diagram.

Default Fixed!

It must be plugged after a "T" connector. In my car, the T wasn't there and the hose in the photo was condemned, it was "erased" by plugging two hoses together, so I put a T back, plugging again this hose to the T and now everything is fine.
