What's this?
Hi. I would like to know what exactly is the part showed by the arrow in the photography. Is it a plug? Can I replace it by unscrewing the old one and screwing the new one? Thanks for any advice.

Coolant bleeder valve. Wouldn't touch it if it isn't leaking. If it's leaking, you will probably just need to buy the entire aluminum piece and replace. With that much corrosion, I doubt you would ever permanently get it to stop leaking.

Coolant supply pipe.
On my A4 the part numbers were:
Pipe is P/N 06B121070H
Plastic bleeder is WHT000316
I was able to remove the pipe, carefully drill out the old plastic bleed screw and surround without damaging the thread on the coolant pipe and fit a new bleeder ($6).
Genuine pipe was over $100, but you can get aftermarket ones for about $50. Its just a metal pipe after all.

Yes, I did the same thing as you. Tried to take off the old plug. The head of the old plug was broken, take the drill, and take off all the remaining old plug. Finally, I was able to screw the new plug there. Now, everything is fine.

Its a really common thread pitch. i just use a bolt with a copper washer as a replacement for the stupid plastic thing. Just dig the remains out and thread in a bolt with a seal ring. And that is not corrosion its crusty coolant from it slowly leaking out.
