Default windows and sunroof are not working

So I have an issue with my car, my windows and sunroof have become inoperable. My husband has checked all the fuses and relays he can think to check. we have also looked (not completely pulled out) the ccm. he can not figure this out. all other electrical item work i.e. lights, alarm, door locks. Does anyone have an idea what i should check next before i pay a million dollars to the stealership??
Thanks, Dawn

1) Windows not working could be the harness in the door or just the switches themselves. Can you lower the windows using the switch on the passenger or back doors?
2) Sunroof switch on the roof is notorious for malfunctioning. See below for some info on the sunroof.

We have tested all the wires in the door jamb, none are broken. we can not lower any windows with any of the switches.

Then you could have a CCM problem. Was it wet around the CCM when he "checked" it? I would get a VAGCOM download and see what faults exist. There is one fault that points to an internal CCM...just can't remember which one it is, but it will be obvious when you get the codes.
