I just purchased a 2002 A4 Avant this morning, not looking into the little details of the car went to the local auto parts store looked up what wiper blades I needed and purchased what the system said. I went to replace them, when doing so realized I didn't have the typical hook style arm, is this typical for all A4 avants or is mine coming from a different country? Can I replace those arms with a different style if not where can I get new wipers typically as my local parts store doesn't have the kind my car needs.

On my 03 at least, the arms are not the hook style, but much better. The blades go on a little pin, turn 90° and they're on. Most places don't have them, but Amazon does or your friendly dealer of cour$e.
