Default The world is full of dumb drivers (sharing my frustration inside).

About half an hour ago, I got onto Rt. 95 to make my commute home in the rush hour traffic. I marged on just behind two girls in an old white CRX with many adornments (things hanging from the mirror, stickers, etc). She gets into the first lane and proceeds to go about 40 (traffic is going 60 in the 3 other lanes). So I pull around her and accelerate up to 60 myself. After a little while, I notice that she too is deciding to keep up with traffic- she's about 6 inches (literally) from my bumper, doing 60 miles per hour and she's looking at her friend half the time. Seeing this, I give a slight squeeze of the brakes (no actual slowing). She doesn't back up. I utilize the rear fog light (or, as I call it, "the f**k off light"), which also gets no reaction. Now, this is the kind of rush hour traffic which can suddenly just STOP, so I give the guy in front of me about 5 seconds worth of following distance, because I obviously won't be doing any quick stops with a CRX glued to my bumper. Sure enough, around Rt. 2, traffic slams to a stop. I ease on the brakes, and sure enough, she rolls forward until she's practically touching my bumper, then, with a look of horror on her face, applies just enough brake to keep her glued right to my bumper. The only reason she doesn't hit me is because I lift off the brake. Seeing this, still about an inch from me, SHE ALSO LIFTS OFF THE BRAKE. I of course have to brake again to avoid hitting the guy in front of me, so we go through the exact same exercise TWICE MORE. Then, after traffic starts moving again, she proceeds to just tailgate me again. I HATE TAILGATERS!!

This is usually when I turn on the headlights and hit the washer! Headlight washers soak um well.

I am sure she was more than an inch from your bumper. The tail of our car make it seems like they are closer than they realy are. When I meet folks like that I get as far away from them as possible.

Default That's why we need a scrolling message board at the base of the rear window...

Have a tiny keyboard that stores under the front seat tray. Then you or your passenger can type any message they wish to convey!

Of course there will be some preset messages so you would only have to hit a button to activate. Some of those could be:

* Get off my bumper!
* Turn off those damn brights!
* Ditch that piece of junk and get an Audi!
* Go ahead! My lawyer has a boat payment due!
