Default Engine Trouble Help

I recently bought an Audi A4 Quattro 2.0T and had the oil changed. After the oil change the car began to have issues. I am not sure if it is related to the oil change or not.

When I accelerate quickly or when I go up a hill the engine begins to shake, the RPM needle begins to bounce around, and white smoke starts pouring out of the exhaust. When I drive on flat surface, the highway or when the engine is not under any strain it drives perfectly fine.

Could this be an issue with the turbo? or the fuel?

Has anyone else had the same experience and know what may be wrong and a cost to fix it?

Did you buy from a dealer or private?
