Engine is toast! Where do I buy a top end Or entire engine b7 a4
Trying to price out a top end and or an entire engine.
Right now the best option I can find is the Integrated Engineering head for 2300-2800
Any suggestions for a source for remanufactured engines would be much appreciated.
Have not had to deal with such a weak time bomb engine ever in my life so I don't have a source for these things and I'm not trying to put a race head on here. oem spec would be fine but it's a little more difficult to find a crate engine for an audi than it is for a chevy it seems..
--- Back story
I'll be fighting with Audi of America most likely because my engine is toast and it is all due to their faulty cam and follower.
Took it to the dealership and they said that due to the fact I have an APR package they will not honor the warranty repair
The entire situation is ridiculous and has left me without a car.
The engine is open and every journal and race has deep grooves from circulating metal bits. What a piece of junk... I have a 95 z-28 with 90k and it doesn't even lose a drop of oil. Still tight as new. This audi engine reminds me of a chinsey aluminum rc motor.

Not sure exactly which engine you have or where you are in NA but you might try this guy:
Pièces Euro

Phone: (819) 682-0606
Ask for Bobby. Been dealing with him for years on used parts
