Looks like unicorns are multiplying
Saw another member post about his "unicorn". Funny, because I have also been in search of my unicorn. I've always loved Audis but have never owned one. I had a very specific price range and wanted to find the cleanest car I could for the money.
I stopped at a few dealers and at the last dealer before I found my car, the "salesman" (scuzz bag) actually told me "good luck finding that unicorn". This was after he tried to sell me an 06 A4 with 130k miles, for $2500 more than what I paid....and it was beat to hell.
Anyway, I won that bet. Ended up with a 2008 A4 2.0T quattro with 85k miles...for about $1000 less than local market value. It rides and drives and looks like a new car. And the Carfax history is complete with the 55k mile service and the 75k mile service that included the timing belt and tensioner.
Couldn't be more happy to join Team Audi.
