Default New Rotors and Pads.. any suggestions?

The time has come. I have a chance to get rid of the damn OEM brake squeal (or at least mitigate it).

Does anyone have any suggestions on replacement rotors and pads? I'm looking for equal or better performance to the standard OEM. Less dust is a benefit, but it's the squeal that kills me.

Suggestions? Also don't want to break the bank. $750 for new rotors and pads (OEM) is the current quote.. ouch.

We've got a number of options. Check out our site, or email if you have any questions.

Default Hawk Ceramic Pads

I put these on my 2006 A4 2.0t quattro a couple of years ago and they have been quiet and produce very little dust. Stopping power is excellent with no noticeable fade during agressive driving. I bought mine at www.tirerack.com for about $200.00 total for both front and rear pads. They come with pad wear sensors.

Edit: Never mind. I forgot to read the title area of your reply. I hate how this forum still won't let that go.

Can't speak for Stasis, but StopTech has a solid performance and innovation history. Never owned them, but if Dave Zeckenhausen (www.zeckhausen.com) recommends them, they've got to be very, very good.
