Remote door locks won't work

Remote door locks won't work
Washed the car today. When I was done, I parked it and pressed the lock button on the key fob. Nothing. I repeated a few times, still nothing. I tried the spare key fob and nothing. The keys will still turn the ignition though. Did I somehow get water into something and kill my remote door actuators?
