Default Replace daytime running light bulb

Heloo-

I own a 2009 A4 cabriolet. One of the daytime running lights needs to be replaced. I've purchased some silverstar 1156 replacement bulbs but I can't figure out how to install them. The manual has no information. I've read some posts saying to remove the bumper. I can't believe you need to do this every time a bulb burns out. Others say t remove the headlight unit. There is one obvious screw in the top center of the unit. There is another near the center grill that just needs to be loosened. There appears to be only one plug in the back of the unit that needs to be separated. I've tried to wiggle the light unit out but to no avail. There seems to be something holding it in place. Is there a third (and fourth?) screw that I need to loosen? If so where is it and how do I access it(them). I don't not see it from the top. Also where is the covered opening to replace this bub? I don't see that either. Does someone have pictures or a diagram showing screw locations; access points to bulbs; and how to replace them? Thanks

O

Default

There's usually a 3rd screw which can only be seen looking directly down from the slam panel (possibly through an access hole in the panel). It just needs to be loosened a few turns, then the headlight should pull out completely. Then have a look at the bulb locations.
