Default Slow start when engine is cold, no codes

2006 A4 2.0T Quattro, 6 speed, back in March Audi dealer, by TSB, HPFP, follower, camshaft .
In July local Audi specialist installed new in tank fuel pump, fuel filter , coils , plugs since there was a code for low fuel pressure and car had hesitation issues.
It was all good for 2-3 months .
It takes most of the time 3 seconds to start with cold engine , no matter what outside temperature is . Also 2 days ago coolant sensor for gauge and ECU was changed . So far it took 1-2 seconds to start when cold.
Maybe to early to be sure if sensor has helped.

I found this old read from 2009, about half way down there is post about service bulletin for this issue.

2.0T hesitant to start

I have appointment at Audi on Tuesday to check on this issue . They said that there is no TSB for my car on this problem, but said that this could be related to intake manifold flap motor or camshaft , which could be covered by extended warranty.
Again, no codes and no drivability issues. Hoping that ECU reflash is all it needs . I am planning to get , in near future , reflash for power increase. Would that delete dealer reflash and possibly bring back same problem with slow cold starts?

Has anyone had same issue and what the solution was ?
