Prestige is worth every penny in a CPO, IMO. I also have the B&O and it is a must have from here on out.
The Prestige does not come with ADS by default, mine does not have it.

Keyless entry/push-start button, side skirts, s-line bumpers, s-line badges on the fenders, black headliner, s-line badge on the steering wheel, s-line imprints on the seats, alcantara inserts, optical connection between the radio head unit and the amp in the trunk.

Gunsmoker said it best! I have all of those and the rear window shades! I am missing ADS. My buddy has the PP w/o the B&O and it's also one year newer, but I prefer the options on mine, so all in all, good choice.
