Just took home my new 2014 Premium with MMI, navigation options –*but it did not include the backup camera, or keyless entry/start. I *think* it actually came with the advanced key, and the door handles have the buttons for keyless entry. There's no start/stop button, of course.

Is it possible to at least add keyless entry to the doors and trunk? Or the backup camera, if I already have MMI?

I think that's all part of the Tech package. The keyless "buttons" are there just because it's part of the sheet metal. Without a Start/Stop button, you don't have the advanced key
