Anyone else know about the glove compartment air pressure gauge fitting in the lid? If so....where'd you get yours? Audi? You'd think for something that specific they'd just include one with the car.

It feels like he's looking at something else at this point. I used to keep one of those cheap pen-like air pressure gauges with the white stick that pops out in that thing.
Or you can get crazy and keep a handy ballpoint pen there.

I went out to the car and tried the sunglasses holder with my aviator-esque glasses, and gosh darnit, they fit!! (My regular driving glass are still a no-go, though.)
While I was there, I figured I'd provide a visual aid for the discussion about the air pressure gauge pen holder. As you can see, it holds *both* an air pressure gauge and a pen... at the same time!
The question remains: what is the purpose of the plastic clip beneath it?

Modern sunglasses have grown considerably...
… because of lightweight plastic lenses. They now cover most of someone's face. If the lenses are glass (heavier but absolutely scratch resistant), they fit just fine. My prescription plastic Oakleys, which can double as a satellite dish will not fit, but my prescription RayBan Aviators in glass fit just fine. Since we live in California, my wife demands that I wear the big Oakleys so as not to embarrass the marque ;-)
On my own, I slip on the Ray Bans and try to remember where my typewriter ribbons are….
Alternative, since this is California, you can simply keep your stash there as it is high and dry - ready for immediate medical applications.
