Default A4 reliability vs A5

I own an Audi so I know what "reliability" is by their standards. Just wanted to know which is the more reliable out of both engines 2.0t and 3.2. By the way I'm speaking between years 09-11

I would choose the 3.2L based on what I have read in this and other Audi forums. The 2.0L TFSI engine seems to have issues with excessive oil consumption. The 3.2L TFSI engine seems to be more bullet-proof. There is the carbon-build-up issue on the intake valves but that is now considered as a must-do maintenance item as opposed to being a problem.
