audi instrument cluster
hello everyone
Can anyone explain me about instrument cluster light sensor
I don't have rain/light senor on my audi a4 8k 2009, i don't have switch with auto option, but when is my switch on "0" and day light working, when is sunny my instrument cluster is active and have light, when i go in tunnel after 5,6 seconds the lights on instrument cluster is going off and when i leave tunnel instrument cluster again begining to working with lights. Where i have sensor for that?

My last A4 was like that. There's a light sensor, I believe, in the corner of the instrument cluster. It's designed to turn off the dash lights when it's dark to force you to turn on your headlights.
Frankly every car should do that. So many people think because their car is super bright inside with all the lights on, that the headlights are on.
