Bluetooth 2011 A4
Hello,
I just purchased a 2011 A4 2.0T with Audi Concert from my local dealership. And I can not get the bluetooh to pair with my wife's iphone 5s or my Droid maxx. When i push the talk button on the steering wheel it sez "button not used". I have also tried pressing the "Tel" button and "setup". The display sez no phone. Also tried putting phones in search mode and started car...nothing.
Will the service department be able to help out with this? or am i on my own?

Chris, welcome aboard!
Are you following the pairing guidance found in the Owner's Manual?

Some of the cars have an option to delete all previous BT settings. You might try to find that and clear everything out, then start over.

There was a thread on 5s maybe on Audizine.com. Search for it.

On my 2011 A4 the Bluetooth works well with my new Droid Razr M. When the phone rings it will say answer or reject on the driver display screen. The arrow should be pointing to answer on the screen. On the steering wheel on the left side of the mode button is a small wheel. Push on the small wheel and the phone will answer. When I picked up my car the salesman programmed my Bluetooth to the phone for me. If you are still having issues I would recommend taking it to the dealer and letting them do it. Good luck.

Maybe it's the iPhone. My Q5 pairs beautifully with my and my fiancé's BlackBerry. The same car did not play nice with her iPhone 4 from work so we just never bothered to figure out a solution.
