Dealer criteria for oil consumption stage 2?
I bought a 2009 A4, 2.0 quattro and burned through oil very quickly. Took it to Audi San Diego for stage one and have noticed that i've burned oil at about half the rate as before.
NOW, according to the dealer I need to wait until my min oil light comes on to return for stage 2. I drove about 2800 miles and the oil level screen showed "empty" (no bar). Its been another 400 miles (3200 since test) and the oil light is yet to come on and i'm starting to get impatient and worried when I have to drive to LA during the week.
Is this the typical criteria? Should I be expecting my min oil light soon?
