Ordered and recieved quattro DSG transmission, front axles and the rear assembly still on its way on a cargo boat.

Mechanically I don't think it will be too hard. The wiring and electronics are going to be the hard part. I wish you luck.

Hello to everyone and sorry for the long hiatus. This project became a disaster firstly because the shop where I stored this stuff sold out my things behind my back and didnt even care to inform me. The owner was a bloody thief.

second delivery that came was for the rear subframe end and the customs never released them claiming that I am running a used parts business illegally.

on the bright side I moved from that turd country with my car to Dubai and here these things can be imported as well as easily available. If i have the means i will attempt again provided the car doesnt get on my nerves and I dont end up selling it. Currently it drinks a liter of oil every two weeks and gulps a tank of gas every 6 days despite being a 4 banger.

whatever happens is for the best in future, seem really bored of the car and the size and want to move upto an S6 instead.
