Home link and leather
I need help fellas. My home link isnt working at all . No light or anything. I hope its the fuse but I cant find it. I read it was fuse 16 but I dont have a fuse 16 in the fuses beside the steering wheel. Is this where it is or are there other fuses somewhere else. On and this is a 2009 a4 quattro. I have added a picture. Am I completely missing the 16?
Second thing the top layer of my leather in my seat seems to be coming off. Its hard to explain but I would like to put something on it to stop it without using a car seat cover or some lame **** like that. Have any of you used something?
Thanks
for your help

Assuming your Audi is left hand drive, the WD for the Audi A4 for the 2009 model year states that the Garage Door opener fuse is Fuse 3 in Fuse Carrier ST1 on Fuse Panel C. Fuse 3 is the third from the top of the Fuse Carrier, according to the WD. Fuse Carrier ST1 is the one on the left, colored black.

It is not perfect but I use these Singer Denim Iron-on Repair Patches to cover the cracks on my leather office chair with black vinyl finish. It works great. These are iron on patches but I just applied it directly to the faux leather surface without ironing it. So far, after 8 months, they're still holding up and doing their job very well.

I'll take a photo of it and post it here when I get the chance. To prevent the patch from developing creases, I cut it to the size and shape that will just be enough to cover the worn out portions of the seat.
