Klima Cleaner (New Formula, Non-foaming) and accessing Evaporator?
Hi All,
I've done searches around the HVAC, AC smell issues (sweet scent, smelly feet scent, etc.) due to mold on the evaporator or a dirty filter. Sounds like Klima Cleaner does the trick.
However, the NEW ones (at least on Amazon) do NOT foam and instructions are explicit about NOT applying through the vents (driver and passenger side, since center vents have the screen block). They say you should thread the supplied hose, through the blower fins to spray their solution directly onto the evaporator.
I opened up the air cabin filter slot, but having trouble getting the hose through the blower fins, to find the evaporator. Anyone have luck, without having to disassemble the glove compartment or dash?
It's pretty tight in the passenger foot well, any help is greatly appreciated.
