Liking my new ride!
What up folks! I recently got a 2016 A4 Quattro- Premium Plus, Sport Plus, with 19' wheels. My first German ride (I just sold my 08 Acura TL). I almost went with MB C Class but ultimately decided on this (more bang for the buck). Hopefully with the last year for this generation, all the bugs have been sorted out.
First impression: almost feels like a V6 but not quite. Considering it's a 2.0 I4 Turbo with 220hp, it's not too bad. I think the new 2017 will be 240hp(?). Anyhow, take off is a little slow but punchy at low rpms. Handling is phenomenal and definitely agile and capable- so much fun driving in the canyons! Interior is on the bland side but handsomely made. It's minimal which I really like. I'm close to 500 miles in less than a week and a half.
What is there to watch out for this ride?

Looks great. The Audi 2.0T is deceivingly powerful and I bet you are enjoying Quattro coming from a TL.
I have an 02 A6 4.2, but some common things to look out for on Audis include:
1. Some mild oil usage on 2.0T
2. CV boot separation
3. Suspension bushing failure
4. Valve cover gasket leak
5. Engine mounts
#2-5 above are usually issues after you reach 40k miles, but good to inspect regularly.
If you need an independent shop recommendation in the San Fernando Valley let me know. I have a great one.
