I have been interested in owning an Audi for a long time and have the opportunity to purchase a 2013 Audi A4 Premium Plus with 40K miles. The car is for sale at Carmax and I'm considering an extended warranty (through Carmax as well) in case of any car issues in the future. My questions are: From personal experience has anyone has any serious issues with this model Audi? Or do you anyone think an extended warranty is worth it in general for this car?

I'm hesitant to purchase the Carmax warranty because it seems to exclude A LOT of standard issues cars have. Are there extended warranty's I could shop around offered from Audi itself or anywhere else?
