Default new 09 Audi, can program key to open windows??

I just purchased an 09 Audi, premium plus package and so far I have no complaints! Question I have is, does anyone know if I can program the key to open the windows and sunroof prior to getting into the car?

Also, does anyone know of a good site for purchasing Audi gear for a resonable price?

Default Yes... someone with VAG COM or your dealer can do it...

Don't know about the site.

Default Had mine done via VAG-COM (along with other stuff)

Pretty cool, but doubt I'll ever actually use it. My favorite VAG-COM mod was having the DRL LED's stay on while the turn signal is activated. I hated the "winking" LED look.

VAG-COM is software and a cable that allows you to make certain coding mods to your vehicle. Check this for more information: http://www.ross-tech.com/

Default Same way everyone else gets them...

Had them done by a tint shop. The dealer has a relationship with a local place that will apply the tint as part of dealer prep and include it in your final out the door cost, so I went that route.

Blake your car looks sweet! I ordered mine in brillaint black, 6 speed manual, prestige , Nav, S-Line package. wont be here till the end of march. What % and type of tint did you get? looks real good with that color, hope the tint will look just as good on the brillaint black.

Default 35% sides, 20% rear glass - ceramic

I'm sure black will look great! Good luck keeping it clean, though. :P

Default If you mean

opening all the windows and sunroof by holding down the unlock button, then you can program it via the MMI. I think it is under "CAR" or "SETTING".

hey blake was that rear rieger spoiler pricey? really has a nice look and do you have to drill into the trunk? also, the second pic down with the adult video sign in the background, I see you still have the s-line wheels on but the car seems lower.....had you lowered it at that point or is that the stock s-line height? Sorry about all the questions im diggin your car.

Default Answers...

I think the spoiler was a couple hundred bucks and installed with double sided 3M tape.. The second picture was taken the day I lowered the car. You can see the stock height in the showroom pics, for comparison. The first pic was taken when we test fit my new HRE's. The offset was a bit too low so we sent them back to be machined 5mm higher. They are expected to be done by the end of this week, so I'll take new pics very soon.

Default Ceramic is supposedly the best

From what I was told, it deflects heat and resists discoloration better than standard plastic tint and doesn't interfere with factory electronics like metallic tint. Seems to be top of the line stuff as far as I know, but definitely not cheap!

Default Only if you first have it set with Vag-Com or by dealer will it appear in the MMI menu
