Q7 wheels on a 2012 A4?

Q7 wheels on a 2012 A4?
Sorry I'm new here.. Can someone help me out and let me know if the 2017 Q7 wheels (19"x8") will fit on my 2012 A4? Will I need any spacers/etc? Thank you!!

They should... I am not sure of the offset so you will need those specs... If it's a +40 you should be okay. Can always check with a tire shop once you have the specs.
