I have a 2010 A4 that has a bad stumble/ misfire when given any more that alittle gas. It is smooth at idle or little gas. Ease off the peddle and it will settle out. Engine light is on. I changed the plugs and noticed that #2 was much darker that the others. I still have the same problem and have not run the car enough to read plugs to see if #2 looks like the source.

Check the codes. You may end up having to replace leaking injectors, spark plugs, intake manifold, coil packs or all of the above. Good luck.

After changing the plug I still had no change. I got the codes checked and it showed missfire on 1 and 3. After 4 new coil packs, she is running smooth again.
