Cool Feature-Trunk Cargo Hang Hooks
Took me a while to discover this feature, but my Prem Plus has two handy fold down "double J" shaped cargo hooks just forward of where the trunk lid hinges up.
They work great for hanging bags of groceries to keep them from traveling all over the trunk.

Yes, my S5 had them as well, but the trunk was so shallow compared to the A4 I had to wrap the straps around grocery bags several times. There are advantages to having a car that is a little more chunky!

Thought it was a cool new feature on the B9 too, because I never knew the B8 had them until I was cleaning out the trunk to trade it in on the new one. I know--read the manual. Now I wonder what else it had that I didn't know about...

My '13 Lexus GS had them, so apparently the Japanese copied the Germans as usual.

You can get a cargo net and use it with the hooks to create a kind of tent. I like to put heavy items you don't want flying around (i.e. beer & soda) inside the tent via the sides. Then I go into the front pocket of the tent for smash-able items like eggs or sushi. Then the rest of the shopping goes in front of or behind the tent. It works amazingly well.
I bought the net on Amazon for $32.95. It's the "Floor Style Trunk Cargo Net for AUDI A4 S4 RS4 A4 Quattro by TrunkNets" item.

There is a cargo net specifically for the '17 A4. It fits perfectly on the 4 metal hooks and has a net pocket on top for holding small items. I got it from my salesman.
