I am trying to download the latest update and when it starts the download it is asking for a user name and password. It didn't do that last time I downloaded an update. However, it won't accept anything I enter in. When I do a forgot password, that doesn't work either...ugh.

You might try calling the Audi 800 number. Their tech support can help you. They've been good with a couple of my auestions.

I chatted with them online and apparently they are having issues with the update at this time.

Thank goodness. Thought I was the only one Audi hated .
Guess I'll just be patient & see if they get their **** together.

Just a quick update -
Just talked to Audi Connect Support. They have had several people call about the problem of not being able to download the updates (keeps asking for your AC credentials but then won't accept them). She was very courteous & said she had tried several things with various callers including password reset, etc., but nothing worked. So - now it's up to the nerds to figure it out.
As always - they're "working on the problem"
