Default Sunroof noise anyone?

Anyone getting noise from the sunroof area? Mine seems to be above passenger seat, i can't tell if its or the seals. Seems to be observed when its colder outside and only after driving for about 20 minutes...

Have you gone through the motions of popping up and then opening the roof and then closing it to complete the seal again?

Odd, could be a crimped seal possibly. I honestly never even use my sunroof. Wish there was a delete option.

If what you heard is rustling noise, most likely the PDI guy forgot to completely peel off the plastic lining on top of the sunroof shade. I had it and took care of it myself. With shade in fully covered position, tilt the sunroof up and look from top side (from out of the car) to see if there is loose plastic there. Otherwise, the noise is another issue.

I have same problem with creaking noise from the panoramic roof on Q5. This appears to be a known problem. My dealer made some adjustments and that did not fix anything. I would be taking my Q5 back in.

I heard a creaking the other day going up the driveway to the garage, but nothing while I'm driving.

We brought our Q5 in a couple of weeks ago for a groaning/creaking Panoramic Sunroof. They had to remove the Sunroof, re-install part of the frame, and re-torque the frame bolts. It's like new now!
