Windshield Wiper stutter
#2
If they are the blades that came with the car originally, its probably that they are just starting to wear out. Not uncommon with warmer Texas weather.
If they are new replacement blades, the quickest check would be on making sure they are resting flat against the windshield. If it's not that, then you'd have to keep looking for the source of the problem and then make the appropriate adjustments to the rubber blade, wiper arm, motor, etc as needed.
Whatever is the cause, you shouldn't have much of an issue in getting an Audi service dept to replace "it" under your new car warranty coverage.

No stutter, but they do streak when there isn't that much rain, and when they change direction they have that weird sound.
Kind of annoying. I think it's the quality of the wipes to be honest.
Heavy rain:
I have tested them in heavy rain do and they do a fantastic job.
Kind of thinking of going to Audi and complaining but not sure it's worth my time and effort.

I saw the stutter issue on several A3's. Even my GF at the time A3 did it upon delivery. I proceeded to claybar the windshield and it went away. Try that.

I use OPTI-GLASS PRO when I had my cars Teflon coated with Opti Coat Pro. Even when dry, the blades slides off the coating.

I live in California where it doesn't rain for more than half the year. I got my A4 in April. It rained once or twice soon after and my wiper blades stuttered badly. I was pretty disappointed. Then no rain until the last couple of weeks. The blades didn't stutter at that point. In fact I had forgotten all about it for a while then it dawned on me – hey, didn't I have a problem with this in the beginning? Not sure what happened but they're fine now.

Well yeah, I always put on(and recommend) some type of glass sealant right when you get the car. However, not everyone has that at their disposal. So a good cleaning of the windshield should cure the stutter in the meantime.
