2000 audi a4 cabriolet rear windows
one of my rear windows on my convertible decided to stop working and just drop into the body and won't go back up. i am trying to get to it to even see what happened and fix it but i don't even know how to get the side panel off without ruining it completely. Does anyone have any pictures of how to get it off and any ideas of how this could have even happened?

I'll get the diagram for you tonight when I get home
There rear windows are powered, so the rail that hold the glass in place fall off the track or something or the cable broke.
