I have a 2005 A4 convertible. If memory serves me correctly, in mid-2005 they updated the A4. So, how do I determine if I have a 2005 or a 2005.5?

What I do know is that my A4 convertible has the v6 3.0 engine with Quattro. In the door jam of the driver side (on the engine side) it does say "0604", which might mean it was manufactured in June 2004. But, I am just guessing. If that is true, that would make it a regular 2005 and not a 2005.5.

I am also thinking that the A4 convertible never had a 2005.5 and it was only the non-convertible that had a mid-year change.

Any help would be appreciated.
