Misfire on cylinders 2 and 3 Audi A4 Cab

Misfire on cylinders 2 and 3 Audi A4 Cab
Hi I'm sure I'm asking a question thats already been asked a 1000 times but I'm experiencing a problem with my Audi A4 Cab.
The engine light is on constantly and when idle the car is misfiring.
The mechanic has informed me that on reading the fault codes there is a intermittant misfire on cylinders two and three. All spark plugs have been changed and also the coil packs. But the engine light is still present and the car continues to misfire but only on tick over and drives fine any other time.
If you have any ideas they'd be appreciated Thanks
