You don't have to do any mod Sometimes the "arm" that secures the intake to the bolt at the firewall doesn't reach so you just bend it by hand and it fits perfectly Of course mine is an A7 but I have read some threads that the A6 can use the A7 injen Maybe some A6 owners thought it didn't fit because the arm didn't reach the firewall, but several people have had the same problem, it looks hard to bend but it is not.

My Injen fit perfect. No mods needed. One thing to think about is re-installing your intake box though. More so in the warmer months. People have complained about heat soak. I left my box on. Does not make a perfect sealed fit, but there are ways to fix that as well.

Next I am planning on getting all LED interior lights. If anyone has the link for it for the whole kit, would be great! I will also get more better pics of the LEDs.
