Default 12V Lighter Fuse

Long story short, the A6 was used as a diagnosis vehicle but was inevitably the victim of a bad car charger...

So my question is, where could I find the luggage compartment fuse panel? The manual says it is on the right side after you take off the trim, but after taking out the tire and staring at the car, I am still perplexed. My research has come up with plenty threads saying it is on the right side......but I CANNOT find it! Pictures would be helpful as well.

You can pull put the storage compartment on the right. There is a fuse box behind/below that compartment. Pull slowly the cable to the 12V socket is short.

Look up "Fuel filler flap emergency release" in TFM, it shows how to remove the trim panel.

I wouldn't! The manual mentions unlocking the latches by turning them 90deg to the left with a coin or similar.

In the 11.2013 version of the 2014 manual it's page 220, check your index under "F" then "Fuel" and then "Fuel filler flap emergency release".
