20" Tire Pressure
Upon delivery, the dealer has the tire pressure at 35 psi and the door and manual indicate 46-48 psi. I am inclined to inflate to the instruction, but did not know if any of you all had this issue and what you did.

You should. 35psi is too low. My dealer does a full check whenever I take my car in, including tire pressure.
They set my tires to the following pressure:
Front: 44psi
Rear: 46psi

Tex, check your Owner's Manual. It's the only place you'll find comprehensive inflation information on cars sent to the USA. The door pillar label displays MAX LOAD only (5 adults, 5 suitcases).

The way I like to adjust tire inflation pressure is to over-inflate the tires by a few PSI at the gas station, then take the car home and park it overnight. The next morning before setting off, I bleed down the tires to the correct cold pressure. At that point, the the pressure monitoring system can be reset as well and so it's locked in on the correct PSI.

Never even paid attention to "max" load against normal load. Ignorance on my part. Just dropped the pressure on my 255/35-20's to 41 Front / 39 Rear. This is a tad higher than the manual recommends for normal load, but will feel it out and see if adjustment is needed.
Dealer had mine set at 35 all around which is low.
Thanks gents!

Into bricks
Read the manual for a drive and one fronts seat passenger go with 38 - 39
As a good alternative or 39-40 tops when and those are only COLD tire morning pressures before driving at all and not after you have warmed up
The engine which heats up the front tires a good deal too.
