2009 Auid a6 engine whirling//odd noise

2009 Auid a6 engine whirling//odd noise
Hey, I was needing some guidance on this issues. 2009 audi a6 -when i start up the car it is making an odd sound,,like whirling of a pulley or something. Here is the link to youtube for the noise.
I just had the water pump, and thermostat -CTS and full flush and fill. 3 day later,, this noise -which sounds like pulley whirling. The repair shop says its possibly my power steering pump going...I've never heard a PSP sound like that. Just to point out--this sound goes away you drive it for like 5-10 mins. It only shows up now, when its been sitting over night.
