Always glad to see you post. = )

And I guess I feel I need to add... that power adders now-a-days seem to be just increasing the size of turbos more and more. So in that respect I guess adding HP is easier despite my last comment. Wasn't considering turbos since i'm not a fan. Nothing wrong with them, they're great just my personal preference to stick with superchargers. I'm old school of building HP with engine internals, then topping off with forced induction (SUPERCHARGER) afterwards. Not a fan of nitrous. = (

I don't need to go 200mph using a turbo.
Just get me there quickly & get me out of that potential accident situation quickly with a supercharger. Woo hooooo
yeah turbo lag is fun in the beginning...to feel that rush of pull all of a sudden....but then you get sooo sick of it after a while with the constant whiplash.....my old MK1 TT 6 speed was tuned with the stock K04 running 23psi......the RDX was also horrible with turbo lag....that was one of the main reason why I sold it after just 16mos

For those interested, I think APR has 10% off for the rest of the month. You can check with your local installer, but mine does...which is making me think if should do it now.

Questions:

- What's the costs?
- Who's able to install it?

Stage 2 should cost right around $2k, so 10% now is $1800.

You should check APR's site for dealers. APR - Enhancing Your Driving Experience

Default New to me C7 thinking APR.

Hello everyone, I just picked up a 12 Prestige with all options except HUD. I absolutely love the car in the few days I have had it. I came from a C6 which I still have and many of you helped me with projects and when it acted up. I was about to join this group about 18 months but between my C6 & my C5 AllRoad joining forces to set me back about 8.5k in maintenances. Finally I am here and really considering Stage 1 very soon. Glad some of you here are having good experiences with tuning. I'm not so sure about going for the pulley as it is not huge gains from Stage 1. I don't want to race, just want the car to be faster and have fun with it. I got a couple of questions. Would you guys recommend shortening the oil service intervals once tuned? Does it pass MASS state inspections? I know it is the same S/W no mater which dealer you go but which one is the best dealer in the Boston area if there is such thing. Thanks in advance guys.
