The question was next car not current company car Snagit. HAHA.
For me, I am also very content with my car. So content that my loan and my Q5 lease come up at the same time. I think I am going to buy the q5 I have from my company and keep the A6, then buy some fun cars for the family. If the kids can handle it, the wife will get a A3/S3 cab (new) or we might look at A5/S5 cab used. I am going for either a gt3, targa, or R8 all in the used market. Saving some pennies for a mx5 track car as well.

I'm retired so no company car. However, I am interested in fuel economy and less space used in my garage. The Audi in the photo would seem to fit the bill although the passenger limitation and luggage storage could be a deal-breaker; (perhaps add a small, matching trailer or sidecar)?

I'm retired and have similar preferences but I also need an SUV to tow and navigate Northern Idaho. My 2014 A6 Prestige TDI is the best car I have ever owned (which includes an MB C32 AMG and a BMW 530i among others). So it looks like our Acura 2013 MDX gets replaced with a Q7 TDI; except when we are towing this is pretty much my wife's car. My next car will be an A6 or an A8 TDI. In reference to the other current thread, I strongly prefer the looks of the S-line A6 to the A7 so that's not an option (it's all a matter of taste).
I will admit to being intrigued by Tesla--especially the soon to be released X. If I lived near a charging station where I could get a free charge, I just might take the plunge. But I don't. I also think Tesla's are just too pretty and maybe not tough enough to drive on our roads. Audis have no problem.
