It does not seem appropriate to call her a beast. Bison, bears, lions and all sorts of nice creatures that would never dent our cars intentionally are beasts. She is just a "disgusting tub of lard" as I see it lol

Default Rules of parking

Rules to parking in a parking lot:
- Do not park anywhere near the entrance of any sort of semi popular store.
- If possible park away from other cars (if not an option at least park next to another decent car)

Under no circumstances:
- Park next to SUVs
- Park next to mini vans
- Park next to old/rusted cars
- Probobly a few more I forgot

Bonus: avoid parking on the side of the street (lost a side mirror to a hit and run on a previous car). I take public transit now if I have to go somewhere I know street parking is the only option.

Disclaimer: Your friends/relatives will probably hate you for circling the parking lot trying to find that perfect spot. Your car may thank you. pick the lesser of the two evils...

Never park on a downward slope where a runaway cart can gain speed!

Good ideas. Also stay far away from the handicap spots and park along concrete parking lot islands so you're only vulnerable from one side.

While it may not be a traffic accident as far as the police or city are concerned, it is property damage caused by her and would be covered by her insurance. There might even be some circumstances where there is coverage by her homeowner's policy.

Let the insurance companies work it out.
