So I suspect that APR will be raped and pillaged before its next reincarnation and a bunch of venture capitalists will be toasting on a beach somewhere in the South Pacific?

Interesting reading on that link. Lotta smoke, some sparks of fire...no real fire yet. I am wondering when/if APR will announce anything.
