Received a nice surprise from Audi of America yesterday...A presentation box with a catalog from which to choose a gift. Note from Scott Keogh thanking me for being one ot their most valued members of the Audi family. I'm not sure if I was chosen based on my longevity with Audi (I'm on my 4th A6 lease) or the fact that I'm approaching end of lease on my 2012.

The enclosed catalog has a lot of nice gifts to choose from, mostly techy electronics but also some Tumi bags, a golf swing simulator, Weber smoker etc. I did some price shopping and the value of the gifts range from $300 - $450 in retail value. I think I'm going to choose either the Parrot Zik headphones or the Pro-Ject Direct Carbon Turntable.

Bought my 4th Audi a couple of years ago and all I got was a full tank of gas, a hat and wave goodbye....oh yeah, I also got a very nice automobile to go with the hat. They look nice together.

When I bought my latest (4th Audi, first CPO) last year I got the same thing as the OP. Got a nice Audi baseball cap for my free gift.

I got a catalog, but only certain items were "free" the rest was more trying to sell me Audi stuff.

I should look at my catalog again that I just got. I think everything has a price tag and not a cheap one either. Turns out anything that has 4 rings on it automatically goes up in price.

This is my 2nd brand new Audi in 2 years. I will take the car though.

My A6 is the first new car that I have bought where the dealer or the salesperson did not give any "thank you" gift whatsoever.
