Fantastic upgrade, makes a real change to the interior!
Do you remember how the upper part of the dashboard comes off? Is it clipped in only, or hidden screws under the speaker covers?

I prefer not to think about it, because it makes me doubt my mental sanity
But i truly love how everything is coming together and hopefully i will complete the project soon and stop spending more... for a while at least

The dashboard is not complicated to remove, but there are lots of screws. I remember it is a bit difficult to remove the Bang&Olufsen speakers due to the very limited position you have because of the windshield.
You first must remove everything that is not part of the dashboard (trims, glove compartment, central console, A pillars, ventilation grills, mmi and navi unit, instrument panel, speaker covers and speakers, steering wheel, airbags, etc). Once you have everything removed you will have access to all the screws. Unscrew them one by one and then just pull gently and firmly towards you until the dashboard comes off. Do whatever you need to do and put everything back together. Although some ETKA help might be needed, it is not absolutely necessary - everything is quite well done and it only requires attention.
Audi is well known for the quality build and attention to details, so anything you do do it carefully and logically and you will succeed!

In my case i purchased everything new:
- complete headlights with computers and fans - 2800 USD (own source in Germany, unfortunately not public)
- Kufatec items (central electrics computer, plugs, harness) - see Kufatec.de site
- Component protection removal - 80 USD
- Labour - 8 hours (estimate because i did this together with the RS6 front upgrade) - price irrelevant for US (because i am located in Europe)
- Coding - free (i did this myself).
Hope this helps.

@raulan - thank you!
"Saved" this one "missing" part of the project for the end since it is the most complex ( at least for me) and had many doubts if to do it or not.
Anyway, items arrived and we started shaping it. Hoping for the best outcome

@raj99 - thanks! Some parts were from a test car, some parts new.
Same thing for the rear: door panels and side skirts from test car, the rest new parts.
Quite a mess right now... looking forward to see it back together
