I am approaching 50,000 miles in my 2013 Audi and I am no happy with my dealer service anymore. I have a shop near where I live that has a past service manager for Audi working. They specialize in Audi/VW. My question is, are there any places I can get the TSB's on Audi so they can correct? I recently went for an oil change at the dealer and they did 2 modifications (TSB). One of them corrected a problem that I had for the past 2 years and that was when I first started the car and backed up and then put in foward I would get a sound like the wipers make when then scrape across dry glass, almost like a thump. It actually stopped after the transmission TSB was performed.I would appreciate any help with information.

Not exactly sure what you are asking but AFAIK, only an Audi dealer service department can perform TSBs under warranty. I would think your ex-service manager indy shop could advise you.
